Villa Saint Martin is a spacious and welcoming residence, ideal for families and groups seeking comfort and a central location in the heart of Albufeira.



The room offers a welcoming environment for moments of socialising and shared meals, creating the perfect setting for sharing and relaxation.



On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with bunk beds and a bedroom with a double bed en suite with shower, as well as a guest bathroom.



On the first floor the dwelling has a bedroom with four single beds en suite with a bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub that serves this floor.



The kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring practicality in preparing your meals throughout your stay.



On the outside you will find a large private swimming pool, a heated pool (additional cost), and a barbecue area that provides the ideal environment for pleasant outdoor moments with family and friends.



Villa Saint Martin is situated in Areias de São João, very close to the lively Albufeira Strip, restaurants, bars, supermarket and the beautiful beaches of the region.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 14 guests.

From the 15th to the 16th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
