Central Albufeira Stay | Balcony & AC

This is our family apartment - simple, spacious and designed to make you feel at home during your days in Albufeira. The building is small and traditional, and one of the things guests appreciate the most is how generous and comfortable all the rooms feel. The balcony is another favourite spot: perfect for slow breakfasts, outdoor meals or simply enjoying the sunset.

Living & Dining Room:

Our living/dining room is bright and comfortable, a space meant for families to relax together.
- You’ll find a comfy sofa with chaise longue.
- A TV and an extendable dining table.
- Air conditioning to keep the room temperature pleasant.
From here, you can step out to the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors or unwind at the end of the day.

Bedrooms:

The apartment has two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms and air conditioning:
-Main bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the balcony.
- Second bedroom with three single beds.
We provide towels and bed linen, so you don’t need to worry about bringing anything.

There is also an additional bathroom in the hallway.

Our Kitchen:

Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay:
- Fridge/freezer
- Microwave
- Coffee machine
- Electric kettle
- Stove and oven
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Magic wand and blender
- An extendable table with 4 chairs

You will also find an iron, vacuum cleaner, broom and other useful utensils to make your stay easier.

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Once a small fishing village, Albufeira is now one of the Algarve’s most beloved destinations, known for its golden beaches, vibrant old town, coastal viewpoints and warm, relaxed atmosphere. Whether you’re here for food, nature or family time, everything is easily accessible from this area.The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Just down the street, you’ll find Albufeira’s Municipal Market, where you can buy the freshest local products - fish, meat, fruit and vegetables - every day. The main bus station is only a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the region.Within 10 to 15 minutes on foot, you can reach Fishermen’s Beach as well as many of Albufeira’s best traditional restaurants, bars and pastry shops. You won’t need a car during your stay - supermarkets, cafés, local shops and essential services are all just a short walk from the apartment.

Parking is available right in front of the property, making it easy if you’re arriving by car. The Albufeira Bus Station is just 250 meters away (about a 3-minute walk), offering convenient connections to beaches, nearby towns and the wider Algarve region.

￫ The property is ''Self-Catered.'' Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - substitutions or replacements are not included. ￫ Bed and Bath Linens are provided according to the number of guests confirmed on your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning. Extra cleaning or additional linen changes may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in is between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. (additional cost of € 25 for check-ins after 10 p.m.). Only one set of keys will be available. ￫ Check-out must be completed by 11 am. Upon your departure, place the keys on the main table. ￫ During their stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property keys. Please avoid leaving keys in the lock or mailbox. If technical assistance is needed to open the door or if the keys and/or lock are damaged, the resulting costs of this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply. ￫ Baby Crib and Chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional charge. ￫ For stays of 28 days or more, monthly consumption above €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms. ￫ Night trips for reasons not attributable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 p.m. and €50 from 12:00 am.
