As you enter, you`ll find a spacious living area designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable seating arrangement, and a 55` flat-screen TV.
The home features three comfortable bedrooms with plush queen, two twins beds, and two twin memory foam floor mattresses.
We include soft linens, blinds, curtains, and calming décor to ensure a restful stay.
Each bedroom also includes its own smart TV, giving everyone the freedom to relax and unwind on their own schedule.
Two full bathrooms make mornings easy, even for larger families or groups.
Fully Stocked Kitchen for Family-Style Meals
Enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with full-size appliances, generous counter space, and family-style cookware including a large stockpot and a rice maker. A coffee and tea station is available as well, with essentials ready for every part of your day.

Beginning August 1st, to access the community lakes, pools and other amenities, all guests above the age of 5 will need a wristband to enter which will need to purchased at the security gate for $10 each.

Boulder Lake
A fan favorite! It is 9.4 acres wide and can go to almost 12 feet deep!
Features a playground area, boat racks and even a volleyball net.
Please remember that swimming is allowed when the ropes are put out in early summer.

Fishing Lake
3.3 acres wide and 4 and a half feet deep and is a favorite for fishing!

Main Lake
The largest lake in the development that spans 45 acres. It is also 4 ft deep and has a great fish life for our avid fisherman.
There are also several playgrounds.
Please keep in mind that the ropes are not put out for swimming until early summer.

Twin Lake
3.5 acres wide and can go to be almost 6 feet deep.

The smallest lake at .6 acres, but it is still fun for our fisherman, nature enthusiasts and families!

Guests have access to property except the basement and storage shed.
To access the community lakes, pools, and amenities our HOA now requires guests to purchase a wristband for $10 for each guest except those under 5 years old. This can be done at the security gate. Each adult will need to present a photo ID. The wristband is good for the length of your stay.
After booking, please send the names of each guest and the address of the primary renter so that it can be added to the security form for access.
The Indian Mountain Lake Community amenities includes 5 lakes and 2 pools. Beach and community pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend (dates are subject to change by the HOA - 11 am -7 pm).
We are available through Airbnb or by phone.

There is parking available for a maximum of 4 vehicles allowed.

Must be 25 to book, no groups of young adults under 25 yrs. old.
Fireplace:
Please note that the woodstove is not operational and unavailable for use.
1. Quiet hours: Between 10 pm and 7 am. Please be considerate of our neighbors.
2. Alcohol: Guests are allowed to bring alcohol in moderation.
3. Drugs: No drugs or illegal substances on any kind, including marijuana.
4. No Smoking, No Exceptions.
5. Trash: Please dispose of trash and waste in appropriate containers.
6. Pets: We have a No Pets policy unless it is a certified service animal. However, we will consider requests on a case by case basis. Sorry, due to allergens and cleaning cats are not allowed.
7. No Parties: Violation of this policy WILL result in immediate eviction without notice or refund.
8. Behavior: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Disruptive, threatening, or violent behavior will result in eviction.
Please Note: A $400 cleaning fee will be assessed for violation of the smoking and drug policies.
