With plenty of space to relax, play and reconnect, Mohawk Kudil is perfect for families and groups looking for a memorable mountain getaway. Mohawk Kudil, a spacious three-level Poconos retreat located in the private, gated Indian Mountain Lakes community. Designed for families and groups, our home combines indoor entertainment with a resort-style backyard—perfect for relaxing, playing and spending quality time together.

The home accommodates up to 15 guests with 4 bedrooms plus a spacious sleeping loft/attic with two double beds.

Resort-Style Backyard
Enjoy your own private outdoor retreat featuring a seasonal swimming pool, year-round hot tub, fire pit, kids’ play area, BBQ grill, patio furniture and covered outdoor dining space. The private pool is generally available from Memorial Day through Labor Day, weather permitting.

Game Room
Rainy day? No problem! Our game room offers a full-size pool table, ping-pong, air hockey, foosball, video games and kids’ board games, giving both adults and children plenty to enjoy.

Inside the Home
Relax in the spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a cozy propane fireplace and a 65” Smart TV with soundbar and subwoofer. Guests can sign into their own streaming accounts such as Netflix and Prime Video.

The kitchen includes basic cookware, utensils, cutlery, a rice cooker, air fryer and coffee maker. An 8-seat dining table plus additional breakfast seating provides plenty of room for family meals.

The home has 2 full bathrooms + 1 half bathroom. One full bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, while the other has a tub/shower combination.

You’ll also have Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, self check-in and driveway parking for up to 7 vehicles.

Indian Mountain Lakes Community
The gated community features five lakes and may offer seasonal amenities including beaches, swimming, fishing and boating. Community amenities are operated independently, so their availability, hours and rules are outside the host’s control.

After booking, guest registration with the community is required. So we need all guests full names & car details. Certain community amenities may also require wristbands, currently listed at $10 per person guests can purchase the wristbands from our club office during office hours.

Minimum stays may be longer for holidays and peak periods, and some holiday weekends must be booked in full. Saturday and holiday check-in/check-out restrictions may apply. Please review the calendar and booking requirements for your dates before reserving.

The neighborhood:
Mohawk Kudil is located in a quiet, wooded Pocono community while still being a short drive from everyday essentials, casual dining and the Lake Harmony restaurant area. A car is recommended, as the Poconos are spread out and most restaurants, stores and attractions require driving.

For quick food close to Albrightsville, guests can find Bella Mia for Italian/pizza, Hunan House for Chinese takeout, Valerio’s for pizza/Italian, and Pocono Pizza & Eatery. Local listings place several of these businesses along the Route 903 corridor.

For a night out, drinks or lakeside dining, Lake Harmony is one of the better nearby areas. Popular choices include Nick’s Lake House Restaurant for casual lakeside dining and a full bar, Shenanigans for food, drinks and nightlife, Louie’s Prime Steak House for a nicer steak-and-seafood dinner, and Terra-Cottage Cafe & Gifts for breakfast/brunch.

For groceries and vacation supplies, Hazle Park Meats & Groceries in Albrightsville is useful for meats, groceries and sandwiches. Ahart’s Market in Blakeslee is a practical larger grocery stop, while The Hub in Lake Harmony offers quick groceries, snacks, sandwiches, coffee and beverages.

For last-minute essentials, there’s a ⁠Dollar General on Route 903 in Albrightsville. For gas and convenience items, ⁠Sunoco on Route 534 and Square One Market on Route 903 are nearby options. The Blakeslee area also has gas/convenience shopping and additional grocery options.

For a larger shopping trip, guests can head toward Blakeslee/Mount Pocono, where there are additional supermarkets and a ⁠Walmart Supercenter.

Local tip: We recommend picking up groceries and supplies before settling in, especially during holiday weekends. Restaurants and stores can be busier during peak ski, summer and holiday periods. Driving times may vary with weather and traffic.

Getting around
Mohawk Kudil is conveniently located in Albrightsville, making it a great home base for exploring the Pocono Mountains. A car is recommended, as most attractions, ski areas, restaurants and shopping are reached by driving.

Enjoy easy access to popular Pocono destinations including Pocono Raceway, Big Boulder & Jack Frost ski areas, Hickory Run State Park, Lake Harmony, Jim Thorpe, Kalahari, Camelback Resort and The Crossings Premium Outlets. Hickory Run State Park offers extensive hiking trails, Hawk Falls and the famous Boulder Field, while historic Jim Thorpe is popular for scenic train rides, shopping, dining and outdoor adventures.

Other things to note

☀ This is not a party house. The minimum age for all renters is 21 years old, except for families traveling with children. Prom groups are not permitted. The primary guest listed on the rental agreement must be present at the property throughout the stay. The home accommodates up to 12 guests (adults and children). Up to 3 additional guests may be approved for an additional fee per person. Please note that only registered guests will be granted access through the community gate. A valid driver's license and vehicle registration are required for entry.

☀ Please be respectful of our neighbors and the community. Loud music, excessive noise, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Violations may result in the immediate removal of all guests, cancellation of the reservation without refund, and responsibility for any fines, penalties, or damages resulting from violations of community rules.

☀ Community amenities, rules, and operating schedules are subject to change at the discretion of the community management, including changes resulting from unforeseen circumstances. As homeowners, we have no control over such changes. By booking this property, guests acknowledge that refunds or compensation will not be provided for amenity closures, schedule changes, or community-related restrictions.

DISCLAIMERS:
☀ No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Please do not litter in or around the pool or hot tub. Violations are subject to a $250 fine.

☀ A 25 mph speed limit is strictly enforced throughout the community. Any traffic violations committed by guests may result in citations. Guests are solely responsible for any fines, penalties, or citations incurred during their stay.

☀ Guests will be provided with basic supplies, including towels, comforters, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, please bring or purchase them accordingly.

☀ If the propane tank for the grill requires refilling during your stay, we will reimburse one refill per stay upon receipt of a valid purchase receipt.

☀ Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance. Approval is subject to availability.

☀ Our driveway has steep curves and may become slippery during snowy or icy conditions. Please exercise extra caution when driving and parking. Backing vehicles down the driveway during snow events is not recommended. We are not responsible for accidents, vehicle damage, or other incidents resulting from weather or road conditions.

☀ Snow removal is performed prior to guest arrival and after guest departure. During your stay, guests are responsible for clearing snow as needed. Snow shovels and salt are provided for your convenience.

☀ Occupancy and noise restrictions are strictly enforced. Violations may result in fines of up to $1,000 per occurrence, as determined by the community or local authorities.

☀ The primary guest named on the reservation is responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, amenities, or community facilities caused by members of their party during the stay.

☀ Guests use the property, amenities, pool, hot tub, and surrounding premises at their own risk. The property owner is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring during the stay.

☀ Government-issued identification and a security deposit, when applicable may be required

☀ We reserve the right to report and pursue prosecution for any suspected credit card fraud, identity theft, fraudulent chargebacks, or other unlawful activities associated with a reservation.
