The open-plan kitchen and living room is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and appliances for raclette, fondue, and stone grilling—perfect for enjoying convivial meals. You’ll also find three types of coffee makers: a drip coffee machine, a capsule machine (Dolce Gusto type), and a traditional Italian moka pot, catering to all coffee preferences. The living room features a television and opens onto a balcony with a view of the mountains.

Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: One double bed (160 x 200 cm).
- “Coin montagne” (mountain nook): Two bunk beds (with the possibility of an additional mattress on the floor, 80 x 190 cm)
- Option of 2 extra sleeping spaces on the living room sofa bed (80 x 190 cm).

Bathroom and WC:
The bathroom features a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or hiking. The toilet is separate.

- The property does not have Wi-Fi.
- The apartment may be difficult to access for people with reduced mobility (stairs to climb).
- In winter season: check-in at 4 p.m. and check-out at 9 a.m. If these times are an issue for you, we can possibly adjust them to suit your needs.
