Flott hotell med alle fasiliteter
Flott hotell ! Vi hadde en overnatting her på vei til Boston . Fikk et stort rom med kjøkken og soverom . God beliggenhet med mange butikker og flere spisesteder i gåavstand . Pluss for koselig uteplass med peis .

Amazing experience! The staff was incredible. They went above and beyond for our very special stay this weekend! Beautiful rooms, cozy beds and big fluffy pillows! Kitchen was stocked with all your essentials. Can’t wait to come back and stay again :)

What a gem! We came up to Albany for the NY State Bar exam in February. This hotel was perfect. Rooms were clean and quiet, complete with kitchenette. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. A huge bonus was the price! Five stars all around from me. Thanks!

I like being able to use a kitchen while I am in a hotel, especially for longer stays. This hotel is convenient and clean and well-equipped. Staff were friendly. No complaints.

I thought that I could use a different credit card than what I used to hold the reservation on Expedia, since I used a company card and needed to switch to a personal one. Both Expedia and Staybridge seemed to find it too difficult to accept another credit card.

Words cannot express how much I enjoyed staying at this property. The staff was friendly and professional, my room was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't be better. The Staybridge will be my go-to hotel from now on!

Very nice property to stay and was next to the mall! My daughter loved the pool area she expressed to me she had so much fun! The dining area and pantry was so nice and convenient when my baby wanted a snack! Thank you!!!

Rooms for multiple guests not ready. Pool area full of family members of staff there. Couldn’t give any discount on room when we booked an upgraded room that wouldn’t have been ready for multiple hours. So we chose to get a smaller suite and was not reimbursed.

The guy that check us in was amazing and very friendly. We were only at the hotel at night time because we were there for a wrestling tournament. He was on shift for the 3 nights we were there and was so amazing. I wish I could remember his name. Last night he knew it was our groups last night there and made sure to come over in the lounge to check and make sure our stay was good. The over night shift guy was also amazing. I needed a cot for our last night and the elevator was down and he still got a cot for our injured son to sleep on. I will definitely be staying here again next year!

Surprisingly, the hotel was very quiet with alot of familues here. Its very close to Colonie Mall and food establishments. The hotel smelled new and looks updated.

Hotel is under construction but you would not know it if it wasn’t for the trailers in the parking lot. Property is big, clean and quiet(other than people letting their doors slam). Breakfast was amazing, pool was lukewarm. Hot tub needed more chemicals (too much foam). Suite had a full size refrigerator and had a stove top to cook. Very very clean. I would definitely stay again.

I’ll never stay anywhere else in Albany again
I’ve never left a review in many years or using this site, I am inclined to give my first based on my fantastic experience with this hotel. From the time I checked in, staff were positive, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. From the front desk to the people serving food, everyone was delightful. The room was extremely clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Big too! Having returned from a work function just before 7, I was delighted to find out they were still serving food. Yes, this hotel includes both dinner (with beer and wine) and breakfast as well. They had almost run out of meatloaf and it was around 7 (when buffet closes) and they still were kind enough to bring out popcorn chicken to supplement. I’ll also say that the food surpassed my expectations. Very solid meal (meatloaf, veggies, mashed potatoes, salad). Breakfast the following morning was also solid. Great variety including gluten free offerings. Finally, as I was checking out a staff employee complimented my shoes and left me with a very positive vibe to begin my day. Excellent overall experience. Strongly recommended. If this place doesn’t satisfy you you’re likely not satisfiable.
