Upon checkin I asked for two extra blankets. The woman at the desk said they are already in the room. We proceeded to the room and looked for the blankets .. there were no blankets in the room. I had to go to the desk to again request extra blankets. The woman at the desk was not happy to get the blankets for me.
We got into bed only to hear yelling, running and hitting the doors in the hallway. It was after midnight at this point. We then realized that the room that adjoins us was were some of these people were staying. It was constant yelling, hitting on the walls and having the door slam every time they went in or out. We attempted to call the front desk for assistance with the noise, but the phone just continued to ring. We tried multiple times, but nobody ever answered the phone. The yelling, etc continued until after 2:00 am.
