Our mini fridge did not work at all. Temp in fridge felt like it wasn’t plugged in (but it was). Water pressure in sink wasn’t strong and toilet was loose so it made a lot of noise when you stood up after using it. We were only here overnight so it didn’t cause any major issues, more inconvenience.

Lots of workers around. Work trucks in the way and a bit noisy at night. I think they are staying at the property right now. Ice machine by us not working. Smoke alarm not properly attached. Room a bit small. Not overly impressed.

I have never stayed at a property like this before. The staff was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, there were multiple guests hanging out playing loud music, smoking, and revving motorcycles. The rooms were adequate but not the cleanest. Breakfast is cereal and vending machine style muffins, biscuits, etc. If your budget is tight like mine was this trip, the area is decent overall.

The young lady that greeted me was wonderful im so upset i did not get her name but she was wonderful i traveled for work and she was the first front desk attendant that has ever held a conversation and was very polite

This property had a painted bathtub with mold. There were holes in the wall, most uncomfortable because I’m thinking peep holes. The bed was comfortable.

So what I did not care for was the room itself. There was no warm light in the entire room except above the sink / vanity area. There was this flemsy metal sheet that surrounded the bed that would make loud sounds when you adjust yourself on the mattress that was annoying. Regarding cleanliness, I just found hair everywhere like on "clean" washcloths and on the vanity. The hotel is in a great area surrounded by restaurants and shopping which was nice

Comfortable stay!
I’ve had to stay down in Albany for nursing school mini times. This is the first hotel that I’ve stayed in that was modern, clean, and comfortable. I wish I had found this hotel sooner.

The commotion that our guest had to endure the hotel policies broken amongst enforcement being called. Solo trip
Front desk service was amazing, both chec-in and check-out. Only problems I saw were: 1) Room door was a little difficult to open and shut (maybe a little swelling). 2) Hair dryer has seen better days. 3) Shower head was separated from wall (but still worked very well). 4) Towel rack in bathroom was a little rusty. Otherwise great overall stay.

I realize its a 2 star hotel but the chipped and peeling tub, moldy and broken baseboards, inch wide gap at the bottom of the door, etc were too much. Makes a 3 star look like a 5. Evening desk staff acted like asking to use hot water from the coffee dispenser in the breakfast room to make a cup of noodles was akin to asking them to cook me a steak. We stay because of our dog but I'll be more proactive about an airbnb in the future. This wasn't worth it.

I loved everything about this place my main thing I loved is when I got there I needed early check in cause I had to hurry and head to the prison and the receptionist made it her job to make sure I was satisfied my room was so clean I felt I could eat off the floor no I didn’t do that but I could have that how clean it was I had to find the cleaning lady to give her her flowers while she was there I will only patronize this hotel while he is at Calhoun not to mention the mall was across the street I loved loved this place
