VillaSerenita is located 3 minutes by car from the shops, 6 Km from the airport, the first beaches and the city center of Ajaccio.

In the garden a heated swimming pool (7mx3m depth from 0.90m to 1m40) heated (depending on the period) with two large submerged beaches and a solarium area with 10 sunbeds.
Pool access is secured by a closed gate.

Covered terraces: the kitchen and living room have direct access to the terraces (150m2 of which 100 m2 are covered) which offer an additional dining area (with plancha).
Also with a jacuzzi, outdoor lounge, table football, table tennis, mini billiards, bowling alley, basketball hoop and a fish pond.

Two living rooms, a cozier one with library and TV (Chromecast) and a second very bright one with fireplace, opening onto a very large covered terrace.
