Stay Away from this Resort
The staff at front desk was not friendly and spoke very little English. The pics of the rooms on website is deceiving as the room sizes are very small. Food quality was mediocre. The staff at the restaurant was not friendly and accommodating. The resort was clean overall with access to the beach. The room was not quiet, even at night time. There was loud music overnight until midnight to the point that we weren't able to sleep even with earplugs. Called the front desk to address the noise issue, staff was not nice and replied as we have no control over the noise. All of the above let us to check out and leave earlier than scheduled. I will never return to this resort again.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Haben uns 6 Tage sehr wohl erholt und die Zeit genossen. Ein sehr familienfreundliches Hotel mit hoher Hygienestandards. Auch das Essen hat uns geschmacklich sehr gefallen, es war auf jeden Fall nicht eintönig. Es gibt auch kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Hotel, sowie einen Friseur. Personal ist auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Preis Leistung Stimmt in diesen Hotel. Kids Clube Team sehr gut . Pools sauber und gut. Am Kinder Pool sind die Liegen in der ersten Reihe viel zu nah an die andere Liegen . Essen sehr gut große Ausfall. Serviece auch gut auch wenn viel los war Getränke beim essen wareb immer Schnell am Tisch. Ala Cart Restaurants sehr sehr gut . Würde es empfehlen und auch wieder kommen wenn der Preis Stimmt.

Good hotel with nice facilities. There were not enough tables to sit during dinner which made us search for 30min before finding a place. I also got a feeling there were not enough servers to attend the guests.

Generel god afslutning på efteråret
Super skønt hotel med rigtig god service. Dejligt værelse med udsigt til vandet og poolen. Ærgerligt at man spillede højt musik i poolbaren hver aften, det kunne man godt undvære og så var aircon’et på værelset udfordret på køling - godt at det ikke var højsommer ☺️

Front desk reception was very rood especially there were a guy that didnt help with any thing we asked him how can we get tour from hotel he told us he doesn’t know how. Even he didnt tell anything ghat where can we get the tour he didnt help at all. And also the day we arrived we tip the other guy that was helping us to bring our luggage in the room he gave it back and told us that tip is not enough and this is look like u tip a kid so i dont want it after that we had to tip him more that i think this is not professional at all. You need to work on your staff that how great a guest we dont come there for free that you guys treat your guests like that we pay money

Das Kirman Sidera (und rundherum) würde durchweg viel besser abschneiden, wenn es kein russischer Hotspot wäre. Erstes und letztes mal Alanya heißt es somit für uns. Was schade ist, so etwas sagen zu müssen, aber die Atmosphäre leidet erheblich, sodass man fast nicht abschalten kann. Wir hätten dieses Vorurteil niemals glauben wollen, hätten wir es nicht erlebt.

No conditioners everywhere except room. Horrible hot 109 F and no conditioner in the building. Stuff not help at all. Not let bring food to room. All inclusive resort but when ask bring burgers for kids to room they charge $90 they took just these burgers from buffet where everything free.

Positiv: Hotel, Anlage und Restaurant sind sauber und in gutem Zustand. Das Essen ist lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Animateure sind motiviert und das Angebot an Aktivitäten auf der Anlage ist umfangreich. Die einfache Fahrt mit dem Taxi zum nächsten Basar kostet 5€ und dauert 10 Min. Negativ: Negativ anzumerken ist die tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers und Bades. Unter dem Bett wird nicht gesaugt und daher sammelt sich dort viel Staub. Die Glasfront der Dusche ist leider immer sehr verschmiert vom Reinigen mit einem schmutzigen Lappen. Außerdem fanden wir an einem Tag mehrere kleine Plastikstücken in den Pancakes/Pfannkuchen, vermutlich vom Rühren des Teiges in einer Plastikschüssel. Wir informierten den Restaurantverantwortlichen sofort und dieser holte noch 3-4 Mitarbeiter/Küchenchef etc. dazu. Es wurde sich freundliche entschuldigt aber ansonsten gab es keine weitere Reaktion oder Aufmerksamkeit seitens des Hotels. Das kostenfrei Standard WLAN (0,15 MB/sec.) ist extrem langsam und manchmal nicht zu erreichen. Nachrichten per WhatsApp funktionieren darüber gerade noch so, sobald es jedoch um Bilder, Videos, Email, Facebook, Instagram usw. geht würde ich den kostenpflichtigen (3€/Tag) "Highspeed"-Zugang (6,00 MB/sec.) nehmen. Problem hierbei ist jedoch, dass immer nur ein Gerät pro Zimmer auf diesen "Highspeed"-Zugang zugreifen kann. Das ewige Ausloggen/Einloggen damit der Partner mit seinem Handy oder Laptop den schnelleren Zugang nutzen kann ist sehr nervig.

Staff very helpful, top class! Good entertainment! Beds get changed every day. Internet rubbish (128Kb/s) couldn’t upload any photo! There is an option to upgrade to SUPER FAST internet (6Mb/s) for an extra €3 a day PER DEVICE!!! If you have family of 4, that comes to €170 for a fortnight!!!
