«Everything was wonderful! The room was amazing & having thermal pools right out the door was very convenient. All of the staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was also great, with enough vegan options to satisfy. Highly recommended!»

«Excellent, very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were kept spotless.
I would have a few suggestions concerning improvement of the bathrooms, however. The toilet flushing knob should not be located under a stone shelf. There should be a window to the outside, not to the room itself.
It would also help if the restaurant tab could be part of the checkout.»

«We stayed two nights at Swissotel Quito. All staff were friendly and we felt safe at all times. The breakfast buffet was very good, however a bit expensive. But this was expected at such a nice hotel. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. We also tried the gym which was well equipped. At checkout there was a misunderstanding regarding payment for an upgrade, however when we mentioned it Swissotel fixed it straight away. We would stay here again. »

«The staff was excellent; the food spectacular (the chef used to work at the Hilton), they upgraded our room with no additional cost. The receptionist/waitress was very informative. The room was spotless and was cosy with nice lighting, a fireplace and electric heating. There is a lovely hike up to the top of the mountain, too. The whole place is very clean and organized with both indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Great for couples and families alike. »
