«The girl at the front desk was trying to get me to double pay (and pay more than what I already paid) and told me even though I paid for the room already through Expedia I needed to pay her and then call Expedia to get a refund. that took 20 mins.. And once we got to our room, there was burn marks on the top cover and clumps of hair in between the 2 sheets. »

«It was probably the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The sheets were dirty. Our tv wouldn’t work properly. The toilet was old and dirty. The shower faucet was broken, almost coming off. «I know the rule you get what you pay for yet this place was absolutely not in the same boat for this rule.. People checkin nice and polite.. Cleaners nice and polite. Room was like needing lots of maintence being all was obviously just loose and not secured even the floor in Bathroom was not secure. Refrigerate not secure the door Frame on A/C falling off. plus the bed linen for cover sheet was witha big nasty stanin on it and the room across the hall was allowed ot have loud and very dirruptive ...
