«This property has so much potential as it is super close to the beach but during our stay we constantly requested to have our room cleaned and never did. We actually went to the cleaning staff and asked for sheets so we could change them ourselves. On the last day, we asked one more time for our room and bathroom to be cleaned, she made the bed with the same sheets and put new toilet tissue but did not clean the restroom or even mop and sweep the floor. «The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the ...
