«Fint opphold på 4 netter. Grei standard på rommet, men badet er eldre. Frokosten kan man unngå. Informerte hotellet i forkant om at dette var del av bryllupsreise, og at jeg ønsket å betale for at rommet var pyntet med roser, noe godt å drikke eller lignende. Ikke noe spesielt, men litt romantisk. Dette var helt umulig, og de kunne ikke bistå med noe slikt. Dette er helt normalt på hoteller ellers.»

«Everything about Hotel Cen was great. More of a personal matter the area was a little weirder at night and didn’t realize it was the Korean area of Japan. So not my choice of dinning experiences around. But the staff and everyone was super friendly and helpful. »

«Veldig bra hotell! Komfortabel seng (for meg på 191 cm og 88 kg), godt utstyrt rom, hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale og trivelig foajé – med gratis kaffe – ved resepsjonen. God beliggenhet med mange gode, rimelige restauranter i ei koselig nabogate, og en ramen-restaurant vegg-i-vegg som vi dessverre ikke rakk å prøve. Ca 10–15 min å gå til Shibuya Scramble Crossing.»

«Had two nights at this hotel. It was located very centrally and if you get a floor high up, you will most likely get a nice view. We had a room in the middle (8th floor) where the view was not that nice. The room was small but comfortable. They could have preferably taken some square meters from the large bathroom/shower and put it in the room instead as there were no room to have to suitcases. In the reception you could also take small hair and body lotions for free, which I think is a nice ...

«Staff was great and held our bags as we were really early. They did offer early check in but at 2200 yen per hour. We went and got food and came back and they were ready for us. Only thing I recommend is 3-4 towels in the room instead of two. When using the spa you need to take your own towel and I accidentally dropped mine in the shower and didn’t have a replacement in the room. Room has tea and bottled water a plus. »
