Seaside century house with beautiful sunset and big jetty with sauna

Beautiful traditional Swedish house from 1909 in stockholm archipelago at Ålön a beautiful island, österåker/Ljusterö with 6 beds in the house, 3 beds in the guest house. Drinking water in the taps, (the island has a large salt water plant that we are connected to), WIFI available, dishwasher and washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, hot water, fireplace. Barbecue coal,. TV with chromecast and all available appliances. Sauna by the water (wood fired). Plot 10,000 square meters (seven plot), house 84 square meters (red house with white knots). by the water. 2 jetties, a large bathing jetty + 1 boat jetty in the west (fantastic sunsets), outdoor furniture etc. Outdoor ping-pong table, croquet, ball etc. 10 min by own boat to ljusterö golf club. Direct connection with Waxholm's ferry to Ålön with waxholms ferries from the downtown stockholm, approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes from downtown. Free parking space on the mainland (next to Dyvik's marina). We have reserved boat dock.

There’s several of restaurant’s nearby that is accessible by boat, at linanäs on Ljusterö side you have 2 restaurants 10 minutes away by boat. Also Ljusterö golf club has its own restaurant.

Just 20 minutes away from ålön by archipelago ferry, Vaxholm is often called the capital of the archipelago. Easy to take a morning ferry and go back in the afternoon.
Idyllic archipelago town with many well-preserved wooden houses from the turn of the last century. Vaxholm has numerous charming restaurants, cafés, and shops. Also well known for its fortress.

There are several of opportunities to by grocery, either with car from the mainland to Åkersberga or you can even order from Mathem who can bring the order by boat to the jetty.
