We offer this charming 42 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea view, less than 200 meters from the beach, with swimming pool, for rent in Ajaccio. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it comprises a lovely 14 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a lovely terrace. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The apartment is composed as follows:
- A 14 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC.
- Bedroom 2: two double beds (140×190) bunk beds and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Exterior:
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather.

Shared exterior:
- A shared, heated 15 x 10 m swimming pool, open from early April to late October (opening date non-contractual), secured by a fence and gate. Sun loungers and parasols available.

The apartment is ideally located in Ajaccio on the Sanguinaires islands, one of the city's most popular spots, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Ajaccio is a lively city, offering a wide range of cultural, natural and leisure activities.
- Take a stroll or go jogging along the seafront promenade.
- The Blood Islands.
- Plage Saint-François at the foot of the Citadel.
- Capo beach, where you can enjoy water sports such as paddleboarding and surfing.
- Maison Bonaparte National Museum 500 m away.
- Hiking and trailheads close to accommodation.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot. There are no numbered spaces; parking is free. There is a parking lot on each floor of the residence.

- Bus: bus station in front of the residence.
- Nearest train station: Ajaccio station, about 15 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio airport about 20 minutes away by car.
