The Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers for rent, in Ajaccio, this charming crossing and air conditioned apartment, seen sea, located at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accommodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, Wifi, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates, hood...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- Two balconies, one with a sea view accessible from the living room and one on the courtyard side accessible from the bedroom, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days, with 180° view on the Ajaccio bay.

The apartment is ideally located in Ajaccio, in a very pleasant environment, two steps from the sea and 10 minutes from downtown. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Ajaccio is a lively city which will allow you to discover many activities, both cultural and natural but also leisure.
- Promenade along the sea where you can stroll.
- Saint-François beach at the foot of the Citadel.
- Capo Beach where you can practice water sports such as paddle and surf.
- National Museum of the Bonaparte House.

Transportation:
- You can park for free near the accommodation.
- Bus stop at the bottom of the residence.
- Airport of Ajaccio - Napoleon Bonaparte at 7,5 kilometers.
- Boat "Découvertes Naturelles" leaving for excursions of the port in direction of Bonifacio and Portoccio.
- Maritime terminal of the port of Ajaccio at 3 kilometers.

- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
