After your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a link to the apartment guide, where you can request flexible check‑in and check‑out times for an additional fee.

From the central bus or SNCF train station, take bus 05 or 25 (approx. 15 min) or walk (about 20 min).

Parc Jourdan, a large and iconic public garden on the way to the university, is steps away and a favorite strolling spot for locals.

A deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It is not debited or blocked and serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment. It also covers any breach of contract (pets, number of people, timetables).
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
