Velkommen til vår rolige Villa Del-villa på havet! Eiendommen vår ligger i et vakkert, nytt, inngjerdet område bare noen skritt fra din egen private strand. Start dagen fra din queen size-seng med utsikt over det fredelige havet, og avslutt dagen i bassenget vårt med utsikt over den spektakulære solnedgangen. Byen Aguada er en vakker kulturby med latin kystmat og morsom nattunderholdning. Reserver oppholdet på Casa Del Mar for en intim og morsom getaway.

Amazing!
Casa Del Mar is exactly as advertised. The host is extremely helpful and communicative and the property is as advertised. This is our second time staying here and the home clean, well appointed and well kept. With a wonderful ocean view this unit is adjacent to the community pool and covered table/sitting area, perfect for coffee, meals or playing games The beach out front is accessible from the gate and down the stairs, perfect for long beach walks and beach days. The villas are close to restaurants on the beach road, the town square and grocery shopping. Easy drive to other beaches such as Jobos or Crashboat for a day trip. We will definitely stay again on a future trip to the area!

Just what we needed!
It was easy, peaceful, beautiful and, easy drives to some great beaches and restaurants. Host was very responsive and accurate. I travel A LOT , I highly recommend this place .. if you are looking for a chill, relax time, and safe ! On the beach this is the place !

Great Place For A Relaxing Beach Stay
We stayed at Casa Del Mar Jan 30-Feb 3 and I am still dreaming/wishing I was still there, does that tell you how much we loved it 🏝️ The unit was the closest one to the beach and the way it is sitting makes it very private. The inside is very spacious and comfortable. We did not turn on the air units so the sound of the ocean was amazing, would lull you to sleep at night. From the front door to the gate at the beach was only 24 steps. And we had a great experience renting from Luis. He is very easy to communicate with and will do everything he can to make your stay all it should be. There are many good restaurants in Aguada. We tried some that Luis suggested plus others & never was disappointed. Don’t think twice about going to Aguada or renting Casa Del Mar from Luis, you won’t be disappointed!

Great location
A small house with a really good layout. Situated on a short cliff overlooking the ocean where we watched waves coming in. Walk across the grassy area and through a locked gate then take short flight of stairs and you are walking on a beautiful beach. Located in an intimate gated community near the end of a dead-in street. Very quiet, very friendly. Has a whole house water purifier that did a great job. Also, two AC. One in the kitchen/living room and the other in the bedroom. But, they worked so well we only used one of them. Several good restaurants and bars within a short 5 minute drive. The drive to Rincon was also pleasant. The only drawback is that it's not close to an interstate. And don't trust Googlemaps. You might find yourself taking the scenic route. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Can’t say enough good things. The unit was clean and perfectly positioned in front of the waves. Location was secure and not sketchy at all. Neighbors were super friendly. The pictures actually don’t do the real spot justice. I’ll be returning as soon as I can.

Directly on the beach, cant get any closer
This is the best location if you would like to get away from the hustle and bustle of the cities and spend a few days relaxing in the ocean water and just absorbing the sun. Your private cottage is steps away from the beach. The beach is excellent.

Amazing beachfront villa! Accommodations were as described, if not better! Excellent location at the end of the beach road with easy access to restaurants, shopping and beaches! Host was very responsive and provided detailed information in a binder. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon! Thank you!

Lovely cottage in great location
This cottage is lovely, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed being near the ocean and the great sunset views. Some days my partner surfed there, though surfing in Rincon was better and safer given the depth of the water/reef. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great view and location
Great view of the ocean, short walk down stairs to a private beach. Very close to restaurants all with great views of the ocean. The pool is a nice option but there’s no pool furniture/lounge chairs so you can’t sit and relax at the pool. I found this odd and would expect a pool to have furniture around it. The villa was clean and nice and had everything we needed except no paper towel or kitchen towels provided and the bath towels were tiny and thin. This particular villa is right next to the pool with a sink/little entertainment area and bathrooms. . on Saturday night there was a group having a party which was very loud so that reading, watching tv or sleeping was impossible. Otherwise it was quiet and pleasant.

A perfect stay
Luis was incredibly responsive, gave clear instructions on check-in/out, and offered local points of interest. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The room offered a spectacular ocean view, was essentially poolside, and the complex itself was private. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Ocean Front Property - Beautiful Sunsets
The pictures do not do the house justice. It is very nice and comfortable. I short-stayed with my Mom, Sister, Niece and her toddler. The sofa bed opens to a king size bed and it is super comfy. Full kitchen all the amenities. AC unit in Bedroom but it cools the house completely - we only turned it on to sleep. During the day we used the big ceiling fan and it was comfortable. When you use the Dryer the house get really hot so turn it on when you going to be out in the pool or enjoying the view outside. The ocean view is to die for and when sleeping you hear the ocean crashing on the rocks it is liberating and so good for the mind and soul of beach lovers. My only criticism is that is it is not a swim-able beach and we tried to follow the trail to a swim-able beach and it wasn't safe. So we went to crash boat. The pool is a plus especially with little ones. It conveniently has a gated adult and baby pool, oh and I love the communal picnic area. The entire community is immaculate and very nice to do a short stay vacation or stop over from side of the island to the other, to enjoy the beautiful sunset and amazing beach front amenities. I will definitely be back. Luis the owner is amazing to work with and very accommodating.

Peaceful and private
Our casita overlooking the ocean was the perfect getaway. Although the winter tides pull the sand from the “beachfront” it is an easy walk to beautiful, quiet beach locations offering shade, black sand interspersed with tan, sea glass hunts and privacy. Casita was spotless and the crashing of waves was constant. No corkscrew in the kitchen, but otherwise okay. Within a short drive to town for groceries, liquor, art walk on the square! Tour of Sandra Farms Coffee was a highlight, as were our day trips to Isabela (fabulous boardwalk connecting its beautiful beaches, and another art walk), and Rincon - BEST art walk on Thursday nights.

Beautiful and Cozy!
This property was amazing! It was clean, super comfortable and easy to find. And although it was a vacation, I had to work remotely. The wi-fi was perfect in the house. I had no issues at all. Not too mention the amazing hosts. I had a rough start when I arrived. The airline lost my luggage, I was rented the wrong car and ended up arriving a day and a half late. The hosts were as warm and inviting as the house. They checked up on me periodically to make sure I was ok, and even though it was NOT their fault, they offered me a little bonus for a future stay. I would highly recommend this place, and would definitely go back.

Fue una experiencia muy buena y agradable. Definitivamente que no tan solo volvería de nuevo sino que recomendaría a todo aquel que conozca. Todo era perfecto y en orden. La comunicación con el anfitrión a pesar que no fue en persona, fue muy efectiva. El anfitrión fue muy diligente con sus atenciones. ¡Sin duda volvería otra vez!

If you love a great ocean view, with beautiful sunsets and starry nights from the balcony of a great and clean villa, this is a perfect place for you. There are a lot of beach options in the area, but you can also just relax in the villa.
