«Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Rich in history. The rooms look a bit weared down, but being a hotel from 1891 that is no surprise. We had only good experiences with the staff and the food at the main restaurant was good. To bad that we had already filled our plates at breakfast when we discovered another room with delicious Sri Lankan breakfast food. I'm afraid quite a few people don't notice that room.
