This level features an open-plan living and kitchen area, along with the Master Bedroom. The living room is designed for comfort and relaxation, offering a 55" TV, a plush sofa, a cozy fireplace perfect for chilly evenings, a PlayStation 5, and a built-in sound system. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, ensuring a seamless and stress-free stay, while the central island with seating for four is an ideal spot to savor your morning coffee. Built-in sound systems elevate the entertainment experience throughout the space. At the heart of this inviting area, a grand dining table comfortably seats up to 10 guests, providing the perfect setting to enjoy meals against the stunning backdrop of the endless blue horizon.

Descending to the lower floor of the villa, you will find three bedrooms, a laundry room, and a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. The fully equipped laundry room features a washer, a dryer, a sink, ample counter space, and an iron with an ironing board.


Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It also features a 32" TV a floor-to-ceiling closet, and direct access to a private and charming Cour Anglaise.

Independent Studio


This self-contained studio offers a personal retreat within the villa. Accessible via a secure balcony door, it ensures the privacy you may wish to have amongst your group. The studio features a cozy kitchenette, a small lounge sofa for relaxation, and the final bedroom.

The exterior of Villa Jamyti covers 120 m2 and is nothing short of a dream, a place where every detail invites you to relax and soak in the beauty of nature. The center of the stage takes a sparkling pool using salt water electrolysis. The outdoor area features lush sun beds, a cozy seating area, and a fully equipped BBQ. Adjacent to the BBQ area is a grand dining table, perfectly positioned beneath a shaded pergola.


As you dine, or simply enjoy the warmth of the Cretan sun, the breathtaking views of the endless blue sea stretch before you, a constant reminder that youre surrounded by beauty at every turn. Its a space that invites you to linger, to savor the moments, and to be fully present in the calmness of the surroundings.


More specifically the outdoor area features:


- A private, 74 sq.m. swimming pool, 1.5 m deep with step access. The pool uses salt water electrolysis and can be heated with an additional daily charge upon request.


- The pool area is equipped with 4 sun beds, 2 side tables, a round loveseat sofa, and a poolside shower


- Fully equipped BEEFEATER BBQ Gas Grill, with 4 gas hobs, ample counter space, and sink.


- An outdoor dining area for 10 guests under a shaded pergola


- An outdoor sitting area for 10 guests under a shaded pergola


- Parking space for 4 cars inside the villa premises.


- The whole villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance that offers security to our guests.

Villa Jamyti is located in Plakias. Plakias town has become a renowned tourist resort, providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish for, including several supermarkets, a bakery, and a butcher shop that offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods. Additionally, there are a variety of tavernas, cafes, and bars in Plakias. Around the area of Plakias, there are other smaller mountain villages such as Sellia and Mirthios, with traditional restaurants and spectacular sea views that guests can visit.
