«Very nice hotel room. Spacious, clean and quiet. The housekeeping where always happy and cleaned our room everyday. The people at reception and at the door where not very friendly. And it did not feel like a 4 star hotel when checking in. Other than that the location was good and it felt safe. »

«We stayed there 7 nights end of July, and had a fantastic room with a great view of Lake Michigan and the Riverwalk at 30th floor. Great stay at a perfect location in Chicago. We could even watch the "twice a week" Navy Pier firework directly from our room. Highly recommend the hotel.»

«Bra lokasjon i River North. Store fine rom. Litt udatert, men det viste man. Hadde suite med eget soverom og sovesofa. Senga på soverommet var veldig bra, men sovesofaen var ikke helt på topp. Litt dumt at toalettet bare kan komme til via soverommet da personen som sov i stua måtte gå den veien for å komme på do. Uansett mye verdi for pengene og velger nok her neste gang også.»
