Constant AC interference and unresolved maintenance issuesStayed 14 nights. Bedrooms had severe humidity and mold on arrival. Reception AC units (3) were disconnected by the owner and unusable the whole stay. WiFi didn’t work on arrival, and took 4 days to fix after multiple missed appointments from the owner’s friend, who also removed our router without resolving anything.Water leaked from corridor lights when we used the AC; the plumber said it was a bigger issue he couldn’t fix.The biggest problem: the owner had remote access to the bedroom AC units and used it constantly — turning up the temperature overnight, shutting units off in the morning while we were still in the room, and repeatedly calling to complain about our temperature settings, even calling 18C “nonsense.” This only stopped in one room after a guest confronted him directly.When the kids’ room AC broke, we were refused permission to use the adjacent living room unit and received rude messages (later deleted) from the owner.The pool was meant to be cleaned regularly but was serviced only about 4 times in 14 days. When bugs appeared in the pool, the owner blamed our sunscreen rather than the lack of cleaning.Overall: constant maintenance issues paired with an owner who repeatedly overrode our AC settings and reacted with hostility to complaints. Not recommended.
