«Positive things: the environment of the hotel is simply superb. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind, it felt like home. A beautiful location to take walks in. Surrounded by mountains and warm stores to check out. 100% would recommend. The public transport system at the village is amazing, places like interlaken are highly accessible and easy to navigate. «Be sure to book a superior mountain view vs standard room. Staff was very accommodating and for an additional fee we were able to change rooms. Breakfast was a highlight (excellent) and location was convenient. Appreciated the drying rack outside to hang washing under a covered balcony. Our stay was very pleasant and rooms were quiet.»
