«We stayed here for two days because I had appointments at MD Anderson cancer center, first the review said there is breakfast with our stay! No breakfast at all..then the water in our sink did not work so they changed us to another room and the same thing NO WATER! The second room they put us in was next to a couple that were fighting and smoking weed all night..the smell came in our room told the front desk and was told that they would let the manager know..no one came to check..never staying ...

«The sheets were actually dirty, but because I checked in so late I slept on one side. I also found a dirty towel in the bathroom sink when I walked. There was no remote control for the TV in the room and when I asked for one turns out the TV was not even working. The African American staff was so rude and judgmental towards me. «The service was terrible. I paid for a suit and was given a regular room. I called Expedia and no one could help me.
