«Balcony with view was amazing with the fall colors-a bit noisy due to room location. Rooms were large-comfortable beds however the sofa was very uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was terrible-service was poor - the hostess was more interested in texting on her phone and eating French toast from the buffet rather than doing her job sitting people and informing them of the process and options available for breakfast. Despite advertising personally made omelette bar we ordered the buffet only to find ...

«Location great. Lobby areas very nice. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room could use an update. Bed not so comfortable and the pillows were horrible, room TVs old and remotes didn’t work»

«Bathroom sink drained exceptionally slow - sliding door didn’t lock - carpet was vacuumed but could use a good shampooing. Room was way too warm-it was as if the heat was on but no thermostat in the room so we had to sleep with the sliding door open which was very noisy with people next door using very foul language smoking weed on the balcony -coughing and talking extremely loudly. Every time they left their room they slammed the door so hard it shook the building!»

«The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The lake was right across the street. However, was surprised that the room didn't have a microwave and the mini fridge wasn't always working. The hotel was extremely accommodating and very pet friendly. Would definitely stay again.»
