A plush queen sofa bed invites you to stretch out with a book and can be set up as additional sleeping space upon request. The rocking chair adds a gentle, calming rhythm, while a TV provides easy entertainment—making it a cosy spot to unwind after a day by the water.

The kitchen is fully equipped for both convenience and enjoyment, featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge, microwave, and Nespresso machine. Meals can be enjoyed indoors or taken outside to the alfresco area, where lounge seating and a picnic table create a relaxed setting for open-air dining and morning coffee rituals.

The bedroom continues the home’s calming aesthetic, centred around a timber four-poster queen bed dressed in soft vintage linen. Thoughtful touches like a full-length mirror, coat rack, and drawer storage make it easy to settle in and feel at home. The bathroom offers a spa-like experience, complete with a deep freestanding bath and open shower. Organic coconut oil-infused toiletries add a subtle, sensory layer to your stay, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the coast.

Additional comforts include reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living area, WiFi, off-street parking for one vehicle, and an in-unit washing machine for a seamless stay. Entry is via a private deck, with easy keyless access.

A $300 pre-authorisation security deposit is held 24 hours prior to check-in for all VRBO, website and Booking.com reservations. This is released within 7 days of checkout pending no damage.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
