Set opposite peaceful parklands in Glenelg North, this modern four bedroom residence features multiple living areas, a resort-style pool, a full outdoor kitchen and generous indoor spaces that bring everyone together with ease.



It is ideal for large families, multiple families travelling together, corporate groups and friends enjoying a relaxed and comfortable stay. With room to spread out, calm modern styling and thoughtful features throughout, this is the kind of home that instantly feels welcoming.



The Space:

North Shore Luxe Pool House is designed for families, extended families, and groups who want space, comfort, and a beautiful backdrop for making memories. From the moment you step through the secure gated entry, the home feels bright and expansive. A wide hallway lined with soft grey tiles leads you into the heart of the property. Warm timber details, crisp white finishes and considered styling create an inviting, modern atmosphere.



At the front of the home, a second living area provides a quiet retreat for reading, watching TV or relaxing. It can also be set up with a sofa bed if needed. Bedding is supplied when requested in advance and will be left for guests to make up on arrival.



Further along the hallway, the full laundry includes a washer and dryer combo, ironing board, iron and a convenient laundry chute from the upper floor. A full downstairs bathroom with shower is located beside the laundry, allowing easy access straight from the pool.



The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is the central gathering space. The kitchen features a long island bench with stools, a large oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, coffee pod machine and a fridge with water and ice dispenser. A spacious butler’s pantry offers an additional sink, bench space and a second fridge. The dining table seats eight comfortably, with more chairs available if needed.



The adjoining living room has a large leather corner lounge, a generous smart TV and a built-in gas fireplace. Glass sliding doors extend the living space to the outdoor entertaining area, where you will find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, grill, sink, wine fridge and ample seating. The glass fenced swimming pool includes a water feature and pool toys for children. The entire area is enclosed for child safety.



Upstairs, plush carpets lead to four well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite with dual shower heads and double basins, and a private balcony with views of the park and sporting fields. A second king bedroom is located at the opposite end of the hallway, providing privacy for multiple families or couples. The two bedrooms in between each contain bunk combinations, allowing up to five guests in each room. The main upstairs bathroom includes a full bathtub, large walk-in shower and generous vanity.



Dogs are welcome by approval. The home includes a dog door in the laundry for easy outdoor access. Guests must keep dogs off furniture and bedding and clean up after their pets.



The home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, with a balance of privacy and accessibility to all that Glenelg has to offer.

The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a quiet pocket of Glenelg North with easy access to everything the area offers. Directly across the road is a large reserve with sporting fields, open grass, and plenty of space for children to run and play. A skatepark and multiple playgrounds are close by.



A short stroll brings you to the picturesque Patawalonga River, where you can enjoy walking paths, cycling routes and peaceful views. Glenelg North Beach and Glenelg Beach are only minutes away, offering beautiful coastline and family friendly swimming.



Local cafés, restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance. Glenelg’s vibrant Jetty Road precinct is just a short drive away and features boutique shopping, dining, bars and entertainment.



The home is also conveniently located for travel, with Adelaide Airport approximately five to seven minutes away.

Other Things to Note:

• Aircraft noise is present due to the home’s close proximity to Adelaide Airport. The property is well insulated but some noise will still be heard.

• External security cameras are positioned at the front entrance and overlooking the pool fence line. They do not record audio and do not face entertaining areas.

• Dogs are welcome by approval - additional fees apply. Dogs must remain off all soft furnishings and bedding. All waste must be cleaned up by guests.

• The sofa bed in the downstairs retreat is available on request. Bedding will be supplied but the bed will not be made up.

• This home is designed for families, extended family groups, corporate bookings and respectful group stays. Parties and functions are not permitted.

• Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests to ensure appropriate provisions.

• Bin collection is managed externally. An authorised person may access the side of the house on Thursdays to put bins out for Friday collection, and will return them inside the property on Friday or Saturday.

• Pool cleaning and maintenance is carried out by a local company once a month. They access the pool area via the side gate, between 9:30am and 3:30pm. Whilst we will try to keep these visits outside of when the property is occupied, this may not always be possible to delay. Guests will be notified prior to attendance if it is due to occur.
