The Space:
Featuring ducted aircon and stylish tiled flooring, the house has a spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining space with a table setting for 8 people, 2 comfy sofas and a 65” ‘smart’ TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric cooktop, under-bench oven, microwave, family sized fridge and loads of bench space. Sliding doors bring you out to an alfresco, covered entertaining area with its own L-shaped lounge, coffee table, outdoor dining for 8 people and an electric barbecue that stands next to a long, vintage butcher’s block for food prep. This entertaining area flows through to a large backyard lawn area for the kids to play in, while the landscaped garden has its own automatic watering system.
Back inside the house, there are 4 bedrooms, all carpeted and fitted with blinds to control the light flow. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower, with the other 3 bedrooms come with a choice of queen bed, double bed or 2 x single beds, all with built-in wardrobes. There’s also a second, carpeted living room with a sofa, armchairs and its own 65” ‘Smart’ TV. The house’s master bathroom has a shower and a full-sized bathtub. There’s also a dedicated laundry room with a washing machine and separate dryer.
The Neighborhood:
Situated in the Adelaide Hills, about 40 minutes’ drive from Adelaide’s CBD (Downtown), Nairne has the relaxed feel and friendliness of a country town, along with all the necessary modern conveniences for a comfortable stay. Take a walk around the township and enjoy its many beautiful historic buildings, along with a series art murals celebrating Nairne’s heritage. The house itself is well located, just a 4 minute drive (or 20 minute walk) to the eateries and pubs in the town centre. There’s a choice of Coles and Woolworths supermarkets 10 minutes’ drive away in Mount Barker. The Howard Vineyard is less than 4 minutes by car, offering a range of world class wines and a well-reviewed restaurant. If you have kids, they may appreciate the Nairne skate park, right next to the Mick Murphy Park. The well-known tourist town of Hahndorf is 15 minutes’ drive away, popular for its original German-style architecture and food.
Getting Around:
Best suited for drivers, the house comes with a double garage. For guests who prefer public transport, there’s a bus stop a few minutes’ walk away which will get you into the town centre in about 6 minutes.

* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.

* Due to strict no noise no party policies in Strata buildings or local council by laws we will be enforcing the NO PARTY NO NOISE POLICY - This will mean that we will be able to force an eviction if these terms are breached. If this is he case we hold the right to hold on security deposit and booking amount for compensation for the purpose of any damage, missing keys and potential penalties from the body corporate or local government authority.
