«The only positive things I can say about this apartment hotel is that it was immaculately clean and rooms were spacious. But overall very disappointed with the hotel and the service. Emailed 2 weeks prior to arrival that we would need late check in, the hotel agreed but when we arrived the host/management seemed very annoyed and was rude.

«The hotel is not five stars maybe three. It doesn't have a beach like you can see in the pictures. There is no elevator. You have to lift your luggage up the stairs. The room is large and the air conditioner and toilet were not working properly. After ten minutes we left. The price is very expensive and the value is very low. We don't recommend. The hotel owner refused to cancel the charge. Life is beautiful, we moved on. »

«Great location and the view from the room was spectacular. We arrived early 11am and were lucky to get early check in as room was available. Breakfast was very good. Spa and indoor pool was good and gym better than average (though watch your head if over 6ft!»
