Guests have private access to the upper level, which includes the front entry and the dedicated parking space in front of it, the back deck, and fenced yard. The attached basement apartment is a separate rental unit with its own entrance and may be occupied during your stay.

We give our guests space, but we are available if needed!

We’re happy to answer any questions before or during your stay. You’ll be able to self-check in via smart lock, and we’re always just a message or call away if anything comes up. We respect your privacy but want you to feel fully supported throughout your visit.

- A 4% non-refundable credit card fee will be applied to all payments.
- Our home requires a short flight of stairs to access the upper level, and is not wheelchair accessible.
- Driveway parking available for 2–3 vehicles.
- As a courtesy to potential downstairs guests, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.
- No smoking, pets, or parties, please!
- Please book only if you’re comfortable with the basement unit possibly being occupied.
Welcome to our home — truly. We’re a husband and wife duo with two little ones, and this Airbnb is not a business empire or one of a dozen rentals... it’s our personal family home that we’ve poured a lot of love (and late nights!) into sharing with others.

We’re Acworth/Woodstock locals who love this area and genuinely enjoy hosting. This space helps support our small family and allows us to be a part of others’ special memories — whether you’re here for a tournament, a reunion, or just a weekend away.

All we ask is that you treat our home with the same care and respect you’d show if you were staying at a close friend or family member’s place.

With that in mind, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules:

No smoking or vaping indoors

No parties or loud gatherings

Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for potential other guests downstairs, and our neighbors.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property

Please do not rearrange furniture

Supervise children when using the playground and outdoor areas

Clean up after yourselves, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen

Let us know if anything breaks, stained, or isn’t working — we appreciate honesty and communication

And most importantly, please treat our home like it’s your own.
