«Absolute joy. Pleasant oasis in the middle of Agrigento region. 15 min from the Valley of the Temples and 30 min from the Scala dei Turchi. Former summer villa of local Bishop now an organic farm to table high end boutique hotel. Home made soap, shampoo, pasta, bread, olive oil and very comfortable beds with all cotton and linen bedding! «I was not happy about the place as it failed when attempting to check-in. 1st) check-in is listed as 3PM, so I arrived slightly after 3PM and no one was at the place to allow check-in. 2nd) They only communicated thru Hotels.com app and I couldn'tr check in till 6PM. 3rd) The room's AC only works when you insert their key, but when you leave for dinner, the AC turns off (not smart when temps were very high 4th) at check-in, we were told breakfast was no included despite it saying on Hotels.com ...
