«It is a big hotel with lounge, fireplace and a large reception waiting area. Staff were friendly and onsens good! The buffet breakfast and dinner were great; with local selection as well as western. If you like to drink, there are beers, sake and wine too. »

«This location was ideal for us because of its remote location. We had no difficulty with accessibility to it, because the hotel offered complimentary shuttle service to and from the local train station if you pre-arranged it in advance. Food was locally sourced and exceptional in quality. The outdoor baths were relaxing as they were set among the forest. Loved the friendliness of the staff. We had no problem communicating in Japanese but did find some of the Indian staff speaking English with us ...

«Staff were very friendly. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were very good!! One of the best onsen I enjoyed. It has many pools with different massage points. One of them has herbal health effect. Awesome! »

«駒ヶ岳は見えませんでしたが、周辺の山に朝日があたり、南アルプスの影か変化が一様でなく、趣ある日の出でした。
朝食は十分な品質と量で楽しめます。自然探訪の行事としてムササビと星空があります。ホテルの直ぐ横でムササビの飛行を見られました。案内の人は素晴らしく、自然保護に情熱のある方でした。
ホテルに車を停めて、真前のバス停から、自家用車乗り入 れ禁止の千畳敷カール、駒ヶ岳まだ行けます。»
