The Gallery Premier Suites. Accra.
Been here for ten day's. Nice apartment nearby to the shopping mall. Close to the airport. Is swimming pool on the top of the building with nice view. They also have a gym here. And is very secure here. Also they have opened a Cafe where they have nice food and drinks. Am very satisfied with my stay. I recommend The Gallery. All the best Peter Oslo, Norway.

Detente is a nice place to be especially with the staff at the hotel. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The place is clean and they have good room service as well as the breakfast and food from their kitchen. Will definitely be back soon. Love from Liberia 🇱🇷

I Enjoyed My Stay at the hotel/apartment. My only complaint was The A/C Wasn't Blowing Cold Air. My First Night Was Hot. I reported it to the agent. I was told they would attend to it. That was a lie, nobody resolved it. I was upset. So we cleaned the air filters and the room cooled off a little.

DISAPPOINTING to say the least - I would not advise anyone to stay with this particular host. We had to chase the host’s assistant for basic necessities such as, toilet roll, soap. Our toilets were blocked and we had to live with a blocked toilet which we were unable to use for 48 hours and asked to use a toilet in a room below us each time we needed to use the toilet , because it was a bank holiday, which is a violation of human rights. We had to chase the host to provide wifi to our room each time the top up had ran out and lived without wifi for 48 hours again although we booked an apartment in expectancy of having wifi. The host decided to compensate us with one extra day to our stay in which the internet was not working so I had to use my mobile internet. There is no sense of urgency from this host. If you are staying here, please book directly with the The Gallery apartment or use another host as there are other lovely apartments.

Very disappointing
I waited for over an hour for the property manager to meet me. I called him 8 times, and he hung up on me 6 of those times prior to finishing our conversation or offering helpful advice. The WiFi didn't work, there was not a towel when I arrived, leftover things from the previous guest, and people stopped in 4 times over the time I was there. It's a fine enough room, but I think there are likely more comfortable rooms that have better communication overall. I felt very disrespected by this property manager, so I would not recommend.

Not as expected
The facility was ok but below expectation. Advertised as a furnished apartment I expected some basic supplies such as an electric kettle, coffee / tea, more than one set of cutlery and napkins in the kitchen. The security and access control was however outstanding and I will rate that A+

Having a wash machine was a big plus, very clean, view was awesome. Property owner needs to be more professional by improve their service.

Despite being a last-minute reservation, they did all they could to have the room ready as fast as possible. Very comfortable unit to spend a night in Accra.

Will not be back!
Checking in wasn’t as easy as it could have been, the shower didn’t drain and you end up taking a shower with water up to your ankles. The water also spills out of the shower so the floor is wet. There was no daily housekeeping. The kitchen area had a weird sewer smell coming out of the pipes. I forgot my Clarisonic face scrubber when I checked out and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about even though I called 3 times and asked if they had gone to the room to look for it. The restaurant downstairs took 45 mins to make French fries even though there was only 6 people eating in there. Decent location if you’re on a budget but I won’t stay there again.

A little disappointed with the service
There was no electricity for almost 12 hours and it was just in the suite I stayed. The wifi didn’t work throughout my stay as well and getting management to work on the issues was a task. Asides that it was an ok stay. I wouldn’t go back though. Just because of my experience.

One of the main problems in many African countries is, that everyone wishes to make as much money with as lowest efforts as possible. Compared to Asian customer orientation and compliance, there are astronomic differences in-between the Ghanaian mentality and, for example, Thailand…!! All prices in Ghana are much too high compared to the offered value…!!! ‘The Gallery Premier Suites’ is part of a huge apartment complex, closely located to the Accra Mall and the Accra airport. My apartment (A34), I spent one week in March 2019, was spacious (50 sqm). The room was very clean, well equipped and with a small kitchenette (MW, cooking field, water heater, laundry machine (!!) and fridge). Unfortunately they had electrical power supply problems several times. However, - 100 USD per night for the room is little bit too expensive. But for shorter stays the house is recommendable.

There may be better rooms, but I wouldn't risk it.
3/1 - I arrived at the location & had to wait 30 minutes in the rain for anyone to come get me. Then a guard took me to the wrong building & I waited another 45 minutes before someone showed up to take me to my room. Almost 2 hours later, I get to my room. It's smaller than what I remembered, but I had too much going on to remember all of the details. It's close to the Accra Mall which was great to get something to eat. 3/2 - The wifi isn't working. I'm there by myself & my family was already pretty worried about me traveling alone so all I needed to do was let them know I was fine. Couldn't do that w/o wifi because I hadn't planned on purchasing an international plan. Went down at 8am to let them know it wasn't working, the nice lady at the front let me connect to her private hotspot so I could tell them. They said they would send someone up to fix it. 3 hours later, someone comes up to confirm that the wifi indeed does not work. Great, can you fix it? No. Another 3 hours later, the booking lady comes up, calls someone, and 2 minutes later, it's working. Why couldn't that have been done HOURS AGO? I purchased the international plan that day just in case. 3/4 - I'm out exploring and I get a message saying I need to come back now so I can go to the actual room I booked. I was in a studio and I booked a 1 bedroom. I said no, it's fine, just give me the difference back. Never happened. 3/5 - The electricity goes out for HOURS 3/6 - Ran out of there!
