The property has potential but it’s the lack of attention to detail. It was a beautiful property, with a spacious room and we enjoyed the pool. The issues we had were; 1. Why have a butler with a phone number that you can’t call from the hotel phone? 2. To charge prices as the finest hotel in the world, you can’t be cheap with the toilet paper. If you’re leaving half a roll leave a fresh roll in the drawer. 3. If they’re a two people in the room and you change towels provide two sets. 4. I checked out and paid cash. The attendant started helping someone else. I asked for my receipt and he gave me the invoice. Well later on, they told my friend in a totally different room, I hadn’t paid and charged him again for all my incidentals. 5. The bathroom was leaking down into the hallway. 6. The TV would reset every time you pulled the card from the wall but would not reconnect to the internet.

Please ensure that staff personnel cleaning apartments are clean. Strong smell of putrid body odor B/O in the room and sheets. Had to toss out the pillows to get rid of smell. Otherwise great place.

Please save your hard earned money and do NOT stay here! I checked in early evening and was NEVER informed that the pool was under construction. The breakfast is horrendous and there is no 24 hour room service. The room they provided had a broken door and chipped floors. There was nothing about this hotel the exemplifies “luxury”. It’s like a motel with modern furniture. The people who work there were very nice. I just think people should be informed about what they are paying for.

Could have been great.
Roof top bar was closed and lot of maintenance going on the entire time I was there. Half of the time I stayed there I had to ask for towels. Coffee from the little coffeeshop downstairs are great!

This property was not a good stay. It’s beautiful when you enter however it’s not clean. The towels are dingy and they did nothing to accommodate us. The sheets were suspect and the walls had spots. I was very disappointed in this stay. At breakfast, the plates weren’t even clean. I wouldn’t recommend this as a place to stay at this price they charge for a 3 star hotel.

The art and aesthetics of this place are incredible. I stayed here twice while in Ghana and booked two different types of rooms. The first time was a 1 bedroom. That was on the 2nd floor and MUCH quieter as the bed is on the second floor away from the hallway. Having the floors separated was a slight inconvenience for my quick time in the room as I frequently left things on the only table available (downstairs) or would forget to turn off the downstairs lights etc. Anyway, I didn't need that much space so booked the studio the 2nd time. These are located on the first floor only (per reception), and it's much louder on this floor (perhaps b/c more people book this type of room? Or b/c the bed is by the hallway? If you aren't noise sensitive the studio is great, but not much room for toiletries ladies. What this hotel lacks in functionality (more table space, bathroom shelves) it makes up for in decor. The cardio equipment was frustrating b/c if you stopped or didn't go fast enough then the screen turned off so to keep track of the time you would need to do so on your phone. The belt was also broken on the squat machine. If you don't stay here the place is worth visiting simply for the art though! I would stay again, but would book the 1 bedroom.

This place was awesome and I will be here again!!! My only complaint was the the checkout list prior to arrival was not accurate and the property tried to charge me coke products that were never there during my stay. Other than that it’s beautiful, just wish the ac would be a little colder. It felt really hot at times
