«I hate to write negative things, this inn has many things going for it. The mattress in room 6, however, badly needs to be replaced. You sink in about six inches when you sit and the springs squeak and groan every time you move. There is only one accessible grounded outlet by the door. Other outlets are concealed behind furniture. «Good things — The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower area were clean, and the view outside the tent was beautiful. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. «Location was great for Acadia National Park. Breakfast is lacking, a lot of things are out of order or unavailable. Breakfast staff was seen disregarding proper food safety in regards to changing gloves after exiting the restroom and practicing hand hygiene before dealing with food items. After politely asking the staff to change their gloves, they argued with us and then confronted us once again while we were sitting at our table eating breakfast.»

«Loved the quaint feeling! Perfect location to Acadia & Bar Harbor. Upon arrival our flights were delayed, so I contacted the property to make them aware of a late check in. They left us our room key & made the check in process seamless. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good & unique every morning! Also, a plus- you are able to use the amenities (pool, hot tub, fitness center) at the property next door. Would stay here again 😊»

«My initial impression at check-in was a bit guarded as the entrance and lobby needs updating. The reception person was quite informative and took us to show where our rooms were, which were in an adjacent building. But I must say, the rooms were spotless, immaculate.
