«Elsa's is a wonderful place to stay if you are traveling to Prospect Harbor. It is a quaint building with beautiful rooms. But what made our stay spectacular was Gail. She is absolutely amazing. She gave us lots of great ideas about sites to see during our visit. She makes delicious breakfasts. And she's just so much fun to talk to. We wanted to bring her home with us! We will definitely come back for another stay as soon as possible.»

«This is the best Best Western we've stayed in. We had the family suite and it was spacious. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. By far, the most impressive feature of this hotel are the staff. Due to my mistake, we had to transfer to another room for one night. The staff were so helpful in getting us into the room quickly. «Beautiful views! The location was a short drive to town; the pool was well-maintained. The room was a little small for 4 people, and the rooms still require physical keys rather than key cards. This was our first time in the area so I don't know if that's common and quaint, or merely outdated.»
