As a five star hotel I was very disappointed. This hotel shouldn’t be more than a 3 star. The water in the shower would randomly turn cold then back to the adjusted temperature, the tv would randomly turn off on its own while my daughter would be watching and the beds felt used and abused (decently need to be changed). The staff are nice and quick to respond but I was only staying for two nights and definitely didn’t feel like it was worth the money!

This is the second time we stayed at the Grand Millennium. There is a lot to like, it’s convenient to our daughter’s apartment on Reem Island. Great breakfast buffet with a friendly staff, especially our favorite waitress Martha. Very nice gym and great shopping next door. Our only complaint is the shower we find it very hard to regulate the temperature all of a sudden it will turn very hot or cold without touching the controls.

Too old a hotel. Smell old with the furnitures. Disappointed this is Grand Millenium brand the higher tier of M&C brand. The lift management was really bad. No low and high floor management, and i cant come down from my floor at all at the peak period where all other guests were coming down. I waited for 20mins. At the end, i had to walk down from staircase for 6 floors with two big luggages.

This is a beautiful hotel. In the heart of the city, connected to the Al Wadha making itbsuper conventient for shopping or just to get out and stretch your legs. The staff is amazing, helpful and always available for any requests. Getting transportation is very easy as there is always a waiting taxi. The lobby is lovely and i met several people there for quick meetings. The wifi in the hotel is fast and reliable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next stay.

I was double charged for extras. They charged my card but they told me that it was blocked and upon checkout they charged my card again. This incident happened for two times including my last stay.

GM did not disappoint
This is my 2nd time at the Grand Millenium and it never disappoints. From the friendly staff from the valet parking to the concierge to the housekeeping department, they were all so friendly. I noticed that they are all smiles when I am coming near and it vibrates the good vibes. Syed, the one assigned to me at the concierge was very much kind and helpful. I booked same day as my birthday and didn’t ignored it, the best part was giving me a late check out as per my request since maybe it is my birthday, they even made a surprise for me durinf the night with a birthday cake, I really appreciate it soooo much. The hotel is very clean! Excellent cleanliness for me, I booked a lot of hotels for leisure and this hotel is one of the best I must say. Moreover, we enjoyed amenities like the jacuzzi and a connecting pathway going to the Al Wahda mall which is very convenient. Breakfast buffet is okay but not a lot of selection, nonetheless, we enjoyed it. I will surely go back to Grand Millenium as I have experienced an excellent service for the 2nd time. Thank you.

I payed in app , and i had a reservation number but still they took time to check in ,and wanted a screen shot and email regarding my reservation + showing in app city view apartment what i got is a view to Hvac pumps on both windows!!!

Habitación amplia pero con una cama muy incómoda, muelles que suenan y no deja descansar. En la cena, mala calidad. En el desayuno, mala calidad, croissant del día anterior, poca variedad. Incomprensible para un 5 estrellas. También hay cosas buenas, la piscina en el piso 31, con unas vistas increíbles, agua templada, un baño gratificante.
