Disappointing
During my previous stays in Abu Dhabi I have always been very satisfied with the hotels I have stayed in. This one was a disappointment. The bar on floor 12 was closed for the entire 10-day stay. Inexperienced room service. At check in the room was not according to booking. Staff did not take affair when there were two nights with a very load partying in the room next door. There are many very nice hotels in Abu Dhabi, sorry to say that this is not one I would recommend.

Finfint opphold!
Vi hadde et supert opphold. Alle hotellets ansatte var hyggelige og serviceorienterte. Rommene helt ok, og sengene var riktig så gode... Utearealene var også innbydende og renslige. Fargene og stilen på interiøret var også kjempefine. Hotellets skybar var også vært et besøk. Anbefales på det varmeste.

非常に綺麗なホテルでした。 素泊まりの利用でしたが、ホテルにはレストランが数件あります。 部屋に歯ブラシが無く、元々無いのか、清掃係の置き忘れなのかはふめいです。 ホテルスタッフに言えばもらうことが出来ました。 グランドモスクまでタクシーで15分程度とアクセス良好です。 また歩いて20分ほどの位置にカルフールという大型スーパーが有り、バラまき用のお土産を大量に購入できます。

Beautiful and clean property with accommodating staff however we had an obnoxious noisy person in the room adjoining and the walls are paper thin. Room service was terrible and there was no attempt to accommodate for their error. Other than that great restaurant options and night club and the rooms were clean and presented exactly how they do online. Overall if I had to I will stay there again.

Spent a week and enjoyed our stay. The staff is dedicated and offer good service, are very attentive. Breakfast buffet has a fair bit of options but can be better in the quality and needs more variety in vegetarian. This is the only area that I would say needs improvement in this hotel.

Great size rooms, energetic vibe, outdoor pool has an excellent vibe and service/food around the pool area (including for dinner) excellent at a reasonable price. Abu Dhabi a spread out city so location outside centre is fine, central relative to sites (palace, Grand Mosque), airport and theme parks. Highly recommend.

Remy at reception was excellent. Jelilah (housekeeping on the 11th Floor during my stay) was EXCELLENT 10/10. Parking is a bit of a pain initially when I first arrived. But I got used to it.

Remy at reception was excellent. Car parking isn’t easily accessible. Confusing. A lot of getting use to. For a new arrival, it’s a chore to get to it.

Ótima opção
Já fiquei duas vezes no hotel e em ambas foi ótimo. Quarto amplo, limpo, bom banheiro. Equipe atenciosa. Bom café da manhã. Hotel tem 2 restaurantes no rooftop e um na piscina. São ótimas opções apesar de não serem a melhor comida do mundo. Piscina muito boa e bonita. Nada a reclamar e preço justo.
