«The hotel is nice Owen on the reception was super nice and professional. The pool was okay no activities at night at all. And the most down side is the price it’s overpriced for the night stay and for everything inside the hotel. »

«The Hotel in general is beautiful. Everything clean and new. It just opened up in 2022. the staff is amazing. I want to thank everyone starting with security staff, guest relations, receptionists, cleaning staff, service personnel, chefs and bartender. «Giza Palace is the true definition of luxury stay in Cairo.
It takes you back in time. You are met with beautiful smiles and friendly staff throughout the hotel.
The food experience is one of the best and there are diversity in the cuisines, noting that the hotel has a " Michelin star restaurant ✨" in the hotel.
I've experienced the spa which is again one of the most luxurious experiences in Egypt, despite the services being limited due to its soft opening.

«Everything is as expected and more..
Clean rooms, safe environment, and excellent front desk staff.
The only improvement that I can think of is sometimes, the staff gather at the front desk, talking with loud voices, which creates an un professional impression »
