I almost never write negative reviews...it must be extremely horrible for me to do it.
We arrived and were told they are renovating so the breakfast would be cereal and fruit. Okay, fine. Then the room keys take precise timing to enter, and usually several attempts after putting anything in your hands on the floor.
No coffee pot, refrigerator not working, hairdryer not working, cold water a slow trickle, smoke alarm beeping (was told maintenance would replace it-they did not), TV remote did not work, tub bottom was destroyed and had a waterproof mat sealing it. Phone to call front desk did not even have a phone cord.
We were told we could leave and would get a refund (at 10pm) we said it was too late. Then asking for a discount due to the horrible room, "under renovation" was the excuse for everything. She was rude and continuously talking over us to not hear us.
I have stayed at many discount hotels such as this one and I would advise everyone to avoid this location at all costs.
