Royal Estate Manors is the LEFT side of our duplex. You can reserve one home or both, if available. Whenever I design a home I pour myself into it. I created it with what I would want in my own home. As usual I went over the top! This home is created with a lot of hard work, imagination and lots of love. You may not want to leave. Be our guest and be enchanted!

We are centrally located so you are minutes away from Universities, Hospitals, Downtown, parks, shopping, Churches , Dyess Air Force Base and restaurants. Sayles BLVD is known for it's beauty and history.

The whole house and the side patio and yard are yours. The backyard and grill are shared between you and guests at Royal Estate Manors #2. The driveway is also exclusively yours. The back parking area is a shared space . There is patio furniture under a gazebo for your comfort. There's Bluetooth in the bathroom that you can connect to with an LED mirror that has different light modes. I have available coffee with the cream and sugar. Bottled waters are in the fridge. Feel free to do your laundry. Detergent is supplied. There's also a clothes steamer. The T.V.'s have Netflix, Prime, YouTube TV and other apps for your entertainment. The kitchen is available to prepare meals with basic necessities if you feel like staying in. I have supplied a Belgian waffle maker, waffle mix, oil, butter and syrup for breakfast. Bon appetite!

We're located on beautiful historic Sayles BLVD directly across the street from McMurray University. We're centrally located so we're minutes away from grocery stores, shopping, Churches, parks, hospitals, ACU, HSU and Dyess Air Force Base.

We're located on a busy boulevard but free parking is available. HEB, restaurants, parks and shopping are walking distance.

The second bedroom is accessed through the primary bedroom or can be accessed from the back door.

Please note: To give you the best possible experience, our professional management team requires a mandatory Guest Portal to that allows you to access the house. As a part of the booking process you will be given the choice between a damage waiver or a refundable damage deposit hold. You are welcome to choose either option! Whichever is most convenient for you.
