The Hampton hotels used to be a very desirable place to stay in the moderate price category. In my opinion this is no longer the case. The rooms are badly in need of remodeling. The floor covering through out the hotel looks old and worn out. Walking through the halls to the rooms the floor creaks and bends. When I got there I was given a very noisy room on the third floor. The next morning when I asked to be moved the lady at reception told me she could not move me because I had reserved through Expedia and they didn't have any more of "those"rooms. I spent two out of four nights in that noisy room next to the elevator with strange noises coming into the room from the outside all night and an HVAC that sounded like a diesel engine when the heater turned on. On the third night I was finally moved to a quieter room but the television was not connecting to the internet for streaming which was the only way to see anything. I called the front desk and the young lady who came to the room said there was nobody at the hotel to fix the problem at that time. Luckily I was able to fix the problem myself. Too bad I couldn't bill the hotel for my services. Generally nice friendly staff but for the money you can find better a better hotel. Do it.
