«The Old Bank in Cygnet was such a charming place to stay. The staff were genuinely friendly & helpful & we were made to feel at home. Everything we needed was provided & the room (the Stirling Suite) was beautifully styled. The ensuite bathroom was gorgeous. Breakfast in the adjoining garden-room cafe was superb, and the apple orchard out back was lovely to explore. «My partner and I stayed in the Lodge accomodation area, which was a self contained unit. It was very impressive and comfortable for the two of us inside and out. The best feature for us was the deck, which overlooked the water. We watched one of the best sunsets ever. And there’s plenty of wildlife around too. Highly recommended. »

«Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this.»

«Comfortable studio. Clean sheets and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Hosts not helpful with check in process for late arrival. Studio had an unusual, not pleasant smell when I arrived. Otherwise safe and friendly environment and right on Snug Beach.»

«We had an amazing stay at Mandala Bruny Island, the accommodation was of a very high standard, with everything at your fingertips. We had a group of six people, with more room than we required. Lots of activities, with a beautfiul fire to sit around at night. We have already booked our next visit.»
