«I stayed in a renovated unit which I appreciated. Everything was clean and in its own place. My only issue was the roach that came out at night. The property is technically near some woods and they’re renovating the property so the roach could’ve came from a multitude of places. I only saw one so I killed it. «Arrived late so can’t say my review is comprehensive nor entirely unbiased. That said, arrival was smooth at 1 am. Check-in was uneventful and the room was clean (and large) upon entry. One mishap was I thought I reserved a room with a king bed (solo traveler) but ended up in a suite with 2 queen beds. As for breakfast, it’s included in the nightly rate. Line-up of options is decent. Usage of paper plates requires you be a bit more thoughtful on how much food you carry in one go.»

«Super friendly and professional staff. I was able to check in a little bit earlier than the normal check in time. The staff didn't hesitate and just asked if I wanted to be on a lower or higher floor then handed me my keys. The room was clean. Ample amount of parking. What we did not like is that I called on 3 different occasions and spoke with 3 different women at the front desk and emphasized how important it was that we have a refrigerator. «They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.»
