«The Horton Grand, although historic and located in a great location, shows signs of needing work. Carpet is worn and doors do not fit well (bathroom door would not close.) We stayed in a "balcony" suite. The balcony was barely large enough to stand on, so not much of a perk. The windows and exterior door are not well sealed, so street noise (cars and people) was very loud, to the point of needing earplugs to sleep.

«I feel because I purchased my stay om Expedia when I got to check in the hotel changed my room to a handicap room. I feel had I booked with the Residence direct I would not have had a room change. Also they do not clean your room you must request that. They are the Residence Inn you would think they would want to separate themselves from the rest.»
