«Likte baren på hotellet, men personalet var skuffende lite imøtekommende. En person gjorde at det ble en bra opplevelse, resten var ikke veldig hyggelig. Rommet ble ikke støvsugd under hele oppholdet og vi var der i 9 døgn!! Det var ikke mulig å justere på varmen på vannet i dusjen, sluk i vasken var nesten tett, aircondition virket ikke (måtte bytte rom) fikk ikke nok rene håndkler, flekker på pute/dyne og gardinene... Men værst av alt var personalet! De trenger alle et kurs i kundebehandling. ...

«10-15 mins walk from Central Cardiff straight through the main street with it’s lovely arcades, pubs, cafés and bars. Got a top view from the hotel room over Cardiff Castle, although the windows where really dirty. Some construction work right outside the room in the fifth floor when I arrived. Didn’t borher me much, and they didn’t wake me up either. Friendly staff. Didn’t have breakfast there. Recommend The Main Street for that. »

«Lovely stay at the Vale Resort. The double bed was really two singles pushed together, which is very annoying since there is a large split in the middle of the bed. Not nice for a couple on a getaway ;-) Also the ironboard was useless. Other than that the resort was great, staff very helpful. £30 taxi ride to Cardiff surprised us though.»

«Excellent communication throughout. Fantastic location,easy walk to city centre or no6 bus almost outside the door or a boat trip round the bay and up the Taff to the Principality Stadium. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, with so much choice of eateries on the doorstep at Mermaids Quay no cooking was necessary but there was a full sized oven, microwave and toaster in the kitchen. »
