«We are a family of 4 and had booked this hotel for 4 nights believing it was actually a hotel. But there is no daily service and the front desk has limited availability and opening hours. So from around 4 pm to 9 am the guests are left to themselves and there is no one to ask if you have questions. The room was not cleaned, towels ...

12. Napili Village Hotel
Napili Village HotelLahaina

«I would not stay here again as the walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything all your neighbors are doing. Also, the "partial" ocean view is heavy on the partial. HOWEVER I do want to call out the man and woman that work the front desk, they are FANTASTIC. Very helpful and accommodating and friendly. I would stay at any hotel they were working at.»

«Great location. Large appartement. Not well equiped, but had the necessary. Very litke coffee and wash tablets for the dish washer. No light on the balcony. Nice service with golf cart transportation to the beach. No cleaning during the stay. Pleasant stay, but had expected a bit more to that price.»

Staff were friendly I would stay again I liked that we could buy and cook our food to help with the cost a bit.
We were a bit stressed trying to get everything done to leave at 430 am am so I had to cook breakfast and clean and run
Plenty of area to be comfortable»
