"Absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. Staff were so polite & friendly. So clean and fresh & pool was a lovely little sun trap. Perfect for 3/4 days in Olhao as close walk to town, ferries and supermarkets. We haven’t stopped raving about our stay. Thank you!"

"Great location, good price, exceptional staff. We stayed for two nights before flying home and the lady at the reception desk asked us how we had found the room, street noise and if she could do anything for us. We asked if we could get a coffee and she not only provided this in the breakfast area but showed us how to use the coffee machine and then made us two coffees. It's a small thing but I really meant a lot to us."

"We enjoyed our trip and stay at 3K. Comfortable and clean rooms with friendly staff. Good breakfast and lovely pool. Did miss having a tea/coffee station in rooms as we are used to from other hotels but overall a minor thing. "

"The young ladies at the desk were very friendly and helpful The kept the place spotless except the doors were blacken around the handles The breakfast was simple but the coffee was awful. It is a shared accommodations and bathroom which I didn’t see on the description of the rooms The price was very good. It was great value for what you paid for "

Arrived late at night, and left in the morning for a week long road trip BUT this place was a short ride from the airport, clear instructions for gaining access, everything clean and well maintained, nice breakfast array in the morning. Was a quick walk to marina. Would definitely choose again for a longer stay."

"Wasn’t sure what to expect from Alameda Exclusive House, from the outside there’s nothing to give anything away but I was greeted with welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel is small but very accessible. Has a lift to all floors. The lobby is very small but there is a communal kitchen and rooftop for casual lounging. The bedroom was very small with a tiny en-suite but no issues at all. It was clean and smelt fresh. There was heating and air con and a TV. Overall a nice little gem of a place. "

"The hotel is old but has a character to it. The staff on the front desk were wonderful and super friendly. A platter of fruit and a large bottle of water were provided on arrival. Tea abd coffee making facilities in the room. No lift but only 2 floors. Rooms were dated but spacious and comfortable. There was a balcony overlooking the lagoon which was very relaxing. I would avoid dinner here, there are plenty of better options nearby. The breakfast, however, is wonderful and plentiful. The rooms...

" The ladies at reception could not be more welcoming & helpful, they gave us hints and tips on the local area, fastest routes, attractions and local beauty spots, they made sure we had everything we asked for within our hotel room, nothing was too much for them. It made our stay one thousand times better!"

"We stayed for 4 nights and it was amazing. The room is clean and looks like newly renovated. The included breakfast was great. The staffs are very accomodating especially the night staff if we ask for something like extra towel or hot water. Parking is free available if you are renting a car. And there are a lot car rentals just walking distance from the hotel. Definitely we will stay back in this hotel if we will go back in Faro. 110% recommended "

"The only thing I can find fault with is this. The house is advertised as a B&B but I was asked to pay for breakfast upon arrival 10 Euros. I prefered to walk to the marina for a restaurant breakfast"
