«It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best either. I stayed in the bottom floor near the back entrance. The smell was aweful walking through the hall. Like sewer smell coming from the bathrooms. My room was okay until someone upstairs took a shower. I could literally hear every time they were in the shower as the water hitting the floor echoed badly. My wall where bed was shared a wall to the electrical room? I saw the door for it but it’s on the outside. Anyhow, at times in the night there would be a ...

«I’m going to start off with saying The manor is beautiful. I found this gem kinda last minute and I’m glad I did. It is very clean, quiet and I felt mostly like I had it to myself. There were other guests who were staying but unless if I seen their vehicle or faintly heard them when I went to the Bathroom, I’d have never known. So as many others state, there is no breakfast, the owner you have to call upon arrival, they explain why and they are so nice. But I didn’t stay there for the ...

«Michael was an excellent host. Property was clean and equipped as promised. Complete with Keurig and K-cups!
Very quiet community, close to the places that we needed to go. High Bridge Trail is nearby, Three Rivers Brewery in Farmville. Nice selection of local houses of worship in the area. Would definitely recommend»

«I paid in full and was ask to cancel my reservation two weeks before using the property because the property wasn’t ready. I booked 5 months before stay. It was my son’s college graduation so I couldn’t find anything else. He said he would make it work. At the minute I was able to find something else, plus he said there were rescue dogs on the property and I didn’t feel comfortable with the dogs. I cancelled and he said he would work it out to give me a refund. I ask for at least 1/2 back. ...
