«We booked two rooms, same price. One was upstair, view was allright and it was a good size room. The second was much smaller, just a small windows. The second had coacroaches and something (snail's?) that left slime tracks on the carpet.
The better room had a toilet that didnt work.
All in all, nice location and nice people - but the rooms need a cleanup. »

«Great and good-value-for-money accommodation right in the heart of the historic town of Stanley! The property is a stone ’s throw away from the Nut Summit Circuit and Godfreys Beach. A 10min walk took us to the Nut Rock Café, the Nut State Reserve chairlift, and the penguin viewing deck by the beach. For a typical bistro and pub hotel, the property delivered five-star quality service. On arrival after hours, Joe at the bistro welcomed us warmly and facilitated our stress-free check-in. He was ...

«No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it»
